The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The BK Ugglan fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when BK Ugglan's Christian Olenberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pedro Paulo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Timmy Albohm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13th play minutes Christian Olenberg shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ademar Leme and just under the crossbar into goal. When Hugo Biörnberg fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Ugglan's protests and gave Hugo Biörnberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Jardim Botânico's Pedro Paulo Cruz got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ademar Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sakarias Bergsten in the 24th minute of the match. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Olenberg in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Jardim Botânico got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Valle. In the 36th minute, Christian Olenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Jardim Botânico's goal looked a bit too open when Sakarias Bergsten came free, but Ademar Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Olenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Olenberg to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Olenberg in the 54th minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademar Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Olenberg in the 66th minute of play. Ademar Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sakarias Bergsten in the 70th minute. Ademar Leme was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Olenberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 72 minute of play. When Christian Olenberg fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The Jardim Botânico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BK Ugglan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
