Nicu Isăilă succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 6th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Sroka in the 10th minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Manolache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Politehnica Timisoara getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Pompiliu Pantiș hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Patrylo in the 21st minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Manolache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Dugulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes FC Politehnica Timisoara got a freekick which was hit by Manole Constantinescu. In the 26th minute of the match Miroslaw Zagrobelny shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucrețiu Manolache showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Iordache Buzgar hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BESTIA GDAŃSK's Kacper Pietrowski got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Lucrețiu Manolache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Sroka in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Lech Wolicki came free, but Lucrețiu Manolache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Patrylo in the 37th minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Manolache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Guriță in the 46th minute of play forced BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Poling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucrețiu Manolache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Patrylo, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cyryl Patrylo to make the kick off. When Miroslaw Zagrobelny fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BESTIA GDAŃSK's protests and gave Miroslaw Zagrobelny a yellow card for diving instead. Miroslaw Zagrobelny hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Pompiliu Pantiș notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of BESTIA GDAŃSK's Wawrzyniec Poling. Wawrzyniec Poling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudiu Azamfirei took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wawrzyniec Poling. Wawrzyniec Poling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in BESTIA GDAŃSK's zone, Claudiu Azamfirei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Poling came out of the goal and Claudiu Azamfirei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Patrylo came free, but Lucrețiu Manolache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Wawrzyniec Poling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicu Isăilă in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Markowski in the 66th minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Manolache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, FC Politehnica Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Azamfirei to maneuver through the defense. Lucrețiu Manolache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Markowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Politehnica Timisoara's Dorin Lungu got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match, Miroslaw Zagrobelny sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Lucrețiu Manolache showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Manolache had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Sroka. Iordache Buzgar hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Lucrețiu Manolache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyryl Patrylo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Politehnica Timisoara's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
