Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andor Witzig started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andor Witzig in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Cilia saved Attard Gunners from getting behind. Ingvar Bourdette stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Gera's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Ingvar Bourdette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Delia in the 14th minute of play. Robert Gera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ingvar Bourdette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andor Witzig charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andor Witzig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 24 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's Gian Huerliman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrea Cilia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ingvar Bourdette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Gera in the 26th minute of play. FC Rägi's Ingvar Bourdette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Gera in the 31st minute of play. Isai Emmeneger kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andor Witzig in the 39th minute of play forced Attard Gunners's goalkeeper Andrea Cilia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Delia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Bourdette having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gian Huerliman got free with Andrea Cilia in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC Rägi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Attard Gunners were winning 0-2.

FC Rägi's Jirko Cotti was substituted for Heinrich Schwarz. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kevin Delia made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Robert Gera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Attard Gunners's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Gera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kevin Delia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Roy Nussbaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Delia kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes FC Rägi got a freekick which was hit by Isai Emmeneger. FC Rägi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Robert Gera scored to the left of an out of position Ingvar Bourdette, making the score, 0-3. Gian Huerliman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Rägi's Luciano Decimo was substituted for Gian Huerliman. When Luciano Decimo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Rägi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Decimo couldn't finish the play. FC Rägi's Luciano Decimo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Gera got free with Ingvar Bourdette in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. From close distance Robert Gera pressed in the 0-4 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 96 minutes into the game. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Attard Gunners eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
