Lucas Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Fae Folgore booed when Werneck FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Kosiorek notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez. Zé Paulo Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Edmund Grondzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fae Folgore's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Grondzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Paulo Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute Jedrzej Kosiorek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Mário Mendes got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Jedrzej Kosiorek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Paulo Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Milosz Napierkowski made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Lucas Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. When Fae Folgore's Jedrzej Kosiorek in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Werneck FC - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Genílson Cardozo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jedrzej Kosiorek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Paulo Fernandez having to make a save. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kosiorek in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Werneck FC - DMZ's Ruy Favoretto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Zé Paulo Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Kosiorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruy Favoretto to make the kick off. When Jedrzej Kosiorek came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Fae Folgore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedrzej Kosiorek couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Korneliusz Piatek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when Fae Folgore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Cebula didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jedrzej Kosiorek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zé Paulo Fernandez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Korneliusz Piatek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Zé Paulo Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Odachowski in the 72nd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romário Braga during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Werneck FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Romário Braga hit a great ball. Milosz Napierkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséas Urbano made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Breno Zonta however managed to control. With a little luck, Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kosiorek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Werneck FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Mendes to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the game, Fae Folgore's Jedrzej Kosiorek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. With a little luck, Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kosiorek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fae Folgore played a much better game than Werneck FC - DMZ and deserved their victory. The Werneck FC - DMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
