When Damián Manso fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's protests and gave Damián Manso a yellow card for diving instead. Guaberto Lekubegi's late challenge caught a Nova Iguaçu MZFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
