Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Válter Dantas kicked off to start the match. Vicente Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Abaunza in the 8th minute of play. In the 15th minute, one of Espigão Steamrollers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Espigão Steamrollers. Teodoro Guerau shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nelsinho Lopes during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Nelsinho Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Utopía Muerta FC's Placido Abaunza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Catarinense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Erasmo de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Narciso Fix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Utopía Muerta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 39th minute Placido Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Utopía Muerta FC's corner Narciso Fix fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vicente Catarinense quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nelsinho Lopes hit a great ball. The Espigão Steamrollers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Utopía Muerta FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Placido Abaunza made a kick off. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sandro Trigo hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Vicente Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Abaunza. Teodoro Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Aurelio Mederi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos Paranaense in the 61st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Vicente Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Fix. After 75 played minutes Espigão Steamrollers got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Trigo. 78 minutes into the game, Cayetano Tiniebra lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Vicente Catarinense. Jailson Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Cayetano Tiniebra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Catarinense having to make a save. With a little luck, Espigão Steamrollers's Vicente Catarinense got control of the ball when Placido Abaunza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Espigão Steamrollers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelsinho Lopes to maneuver through the defense. If Narciso Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Catarinense made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Placido Abaunza sent off a good shot on target. Utopía Muerta FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
