Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Humberto Guerau started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Ramos in the 3rd minute of play forced Hudiksvalls United's goalkeeper Arne Almstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Guerau in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Almstedt saved Hudiksvalls United from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Hudiksvalls United's zone, Humberto Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Almstedt came out of the goal and Humberto Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Hudiksvalls United's Sebastian Christoffersson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 24th minute, one of Club El Progreso:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club El Progreso. The supporters of Hudiksvalls United booed when Club El Progreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Godoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 minutes of play, Hudiksvalls United's Jonny Almqvist made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Jaen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Christoffersson in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls United's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Guerau came free, but Arne Almstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Jan-Ove Alstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hudiksvalls United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Ove Alstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Club El Progreso's Humberto Guerau in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hudiksvalls United's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Christoffersson was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd play minute Humberto Guerau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arne Almstedt. 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Lastur during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgardo Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Arne Almstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Guerau, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Guerau in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Almstedt saved Hudiksvalls United from getting behind. Florencio Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Christoffersson in the 67th minute of play. Mauro Vergaray hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Humberto Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Almstedt having to interfere. If Apolo Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Hudiksvalls United's Arne Almstedt got control of the ball when Humberto Guerau tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Edgardo Lastur in the 93rd minute really tested Arne Almstedt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Club El Progreso's Artemio Hegoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arne Almstedt. That made the score 2-4 after 94 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Club El Progreso walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
