The FMArgentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pedrinho Lara hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Angelo Magalhães hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Servando in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the game, Rafinha Furlan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAO JOANENSE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FMArgentina the free kick. In the 30th match minute, SAO JOANENSE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Servando in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José do Vale saved SAO JOANENSE FC from getting behind. 34 minutes into the game, Angelo Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAO JOANENSE FC's José do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Hats in the 46th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Servando in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José do Vale saved SAO JOANENSE FC from getting behind. After 48 minutes, Cássio Mangueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SAO JOANENSE FC and the FMArgentina players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SAO JOANENSE FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Cássio Mangueira hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FMArgentina's Ruben Quilino got a free kick in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pedrinho Lara made the kick off in the second half. José do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Servando, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tiburcio Servando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but José do Vale made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Tiburcio Servando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of José do Vale. The goal made the score 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Matorin in the 62nd minute of play forced FMArgentina's goalkeeper Honorato Ur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Servando's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, José do Vale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in SAO JOANENSE FC's zone, Gualterio Herrera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José do Vale came out of the goal and Gualterio Herrera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiburcio Servando in the 89th minute. Tiburcio Servandos short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got José do Vale to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
