Stelian Voineag didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petrică Tărău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisão Severo in the 5th minute of play. Antônio Dantas scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petrică Tărău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Cunha came free, but Petrică Tărău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willian Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petrică Tărău having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Stelian Voineag was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Raureni Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tirense F.C. the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Raureni Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelian Voineag to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Codruț Giurcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Raureni Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Codruț Giurcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 19 minutes, Alberto Abraão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tirense F.C. and the Raureni Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tirense F.C.'s Alberto Abraão got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 27th match minute, Raureni Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Bobariu to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Marinho was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Petrică Tărău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 38 minutes, Luisão Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tirense F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisão Severo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute Antônio Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petrică Tărău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Abraão came free, but Petrică Tărău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Călin Barbosu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jonas Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Antônio Dantas made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Giurcă in the 52nd minute of play forced Tirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Jonas Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Codruț Giurcă shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Correia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 66 played minutes, Raureni Academy's Lucrețiu Nicolaescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonas Correia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Raureni Academy reached it. In the 69th minute, Călin Barbosu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Petrică Tărău made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Abraão in the 82nd minute. Alberto Abraão scored 2-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petrică Tărău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tirense F.C.'s Antônio Dantas in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
