After some careless play in the Brasilino defense, Norberto Leite kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Xavier. The Brasilino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Xavier should have stopped the shot. After 10 minutes, Norberto Leite mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MEXACOMX and the Brasilino players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Norberto Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimas Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fiori Souto's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Nuno Candeias scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, MEXACOMX's Norberto Leite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The supporters of Brasilino booed when MEXACOMX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélio Granja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes, Brasilino's Fiori Souto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dimas Camargo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brasilino reached it. Norberto Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Dimas Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fiori Souto's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Leite in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Xavier saved Brasilino from getting behind. Norberto Leite got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.

Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Candeias in the 51st minute of play. Claudinei Leal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. Frank Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 minutes, Fiori Souto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasilino and the MEXACOMX players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Fiori Souto. Fiori Souto in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dimas Camargo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rodriguinho Abreu's late challenge caught a MEXACOMX's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodriguinho Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Brasilino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Abreu to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Faria came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Mariano Faria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brasilino's Humberto Xavier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Candeias came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Candeias, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Mariano Faria fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MEXACOMX's protests and gave Mariano Faria a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes MEXACOMX got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Faria. 97 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Dimas Camargo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fiori Souto.
