Henry Martinsson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Aristides Bras 3 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Gaufred in the 15th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Niclas Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Teodosio Herauso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niclas Allbom skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Caballeritos del Baile getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ceferino Truylos hit a great ball. Joxa mé trasan's Niclas Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Cristos in the 25th minute of play. In the 34th minute Henry Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Cristos in the 37th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Niclas Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute of the match Ceferino Truylos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niclas Allbom showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Niclas Allbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Niclas Allbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Quin in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arsenio Cristos to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Leandro Gaufred sped through Joxa mé trasan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niclas Allbom. In the 62nd minute, Johannes Håkansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joxa mé trasan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Caballeritos del Baile's Aristides Bras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Håkansson in the 83rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cleto Gabino during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Caballeritos del Baile got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Gabino. Aristides Bras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Johannes Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johannes Håkansson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Caballeritos del Baile's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
