FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Wasyl Karwowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szilárd Csikós in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Szombathely Squirrels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bálint Simon to maneuver through the defense. Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Jászberényi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Labus in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Florian Labus took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gusztáv Jászberényi to make any attempt to save it. Wasyl Karwowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dénes Boross in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szilárd Csikós in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goalkeeper Wasyl Karwowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wasyl Karwowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dénes Boross, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Szombathely Squirrels's Dénes Boross in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to Szombathely Squirrels getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lajos Jakó hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dénes Boross stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Olgierd Prokowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusztáv Jászberényi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Labus came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Kosowski in the 64th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Gusztáv Jászberényi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes of play, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Pawel Kosowski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gusztáv Jászberényi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of FC Torpedo Dabrowa booed when Szombathely Squirrels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Csontos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olgierd Prokowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gusztáv Jászberényi. Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Szombathely Squirrels's Máté Medve got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Roland Czermak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gusztáv Jászberényi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Torpedo Dabrowa reached it. Wasyl Karwowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szilárd Csikós in the 82nd minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Labus came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Torpedo Dabrowa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
