Juguemos con el 5's David Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrício Tomé in the 19th minute of play. Diego Mendonça took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Ler. David Ler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Juguemos con el 5 were furious when Arnulfo Cedro was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Juguemos con el 5:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tasso FC:s goal. Tasso FC's Zeferino Távora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Etxekopar in the 37th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Mendonça was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Juguemos con el 5's goalkeeper David Ler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrício Tomé. In the 53rd match minute, Tasso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. After 54 played minutes, Juguemos con el 5's Cristian Sugoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zeferino Távora came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juguemos con el 5 reached it. The supporters of Tasso FC booed when Juguemos con el 5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Joachim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Patrício Tomé got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Juguemos con el 5 booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aprígio Cesário didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 minutes, Patrício Tomé mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasso FC and the Juguemos con el 5 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrício Tomé. Diego Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Diego Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Severino Taveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tasso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juguemos con el 5 the free kick. Zeferino Távora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sugoi in the 67th minute of the match. Zeferino Távora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Perutxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to Juguemos con el 5 getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Roman Benvido hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Zeledon Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Távora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, Juguemos con el 5's Zeledon Etxekopar made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeferino Távora was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Juguemos con el 5 booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keith Richards didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zeferino Távora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Etxekopar in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Zeledon Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Távora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tasso FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
