In the 21st minute, José Guarda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rusty Little was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rusty Little didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Fura Balizas's José Guarda shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Guarda in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rusty Little prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee ignored FC Fura Balizas's protests and gave Eduardo Festas a yellow card for diving instead. The Santos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Fura Balizas were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Finn made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Guarda got free with Rusty Little in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, FC Fura Balizas's Rusty Little threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Guarda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 82 minutes into the match, José Guarda notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Santos FC's Rusty Little. Rusty Little was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that José Guarda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rusty Little was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. José Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rusty Little tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Fura Balizas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
