The coaching staff of Garanhão do SUL protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Filinto Coelho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 20 minutes ..Villa Rugby Club..'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aristides Brochado who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Aristides Brochado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fidel Chus quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Raimundo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56thth minute of the game Eulalio Justin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garanhão do SUL's Raimundo Delgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Calçada during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
