After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, George Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundens BK's supporters rose to their feet, but George Ström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loren Valerón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romo Viqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romo Viqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Sundens BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After 88 minutes of play Sundens BK's Alvar Söderman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alvar Söderman hit a great ball. Sven-Olof Jernbergs short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Loren Valerón to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sundens BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nueva Adalucia.
