Edgar Piszczor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sturle Ottersen went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute Martin Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cyryl Kaznocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åge Undheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes, Bartosz Komanski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jadymy Durś and the AEK FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jadymy Durś getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bartosz Komanski hit a great ball. Jadymy Durś's Wieslaw Wnukowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eric Reppe in the 17 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Bjørsvik in the 20th minute of play forced Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Edgar Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bartosz Komanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asgeir Lam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Piszczor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Hansen went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 43 minutes into the game, Martin Hansen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Edgar Piszczor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 46th minute, Sturle Ottersen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Piszczor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wiktor Fronczak to make the kick off. Ole Lorentzen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Fronczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Jadymy Durś's Edgar Piszczor got control of the ball when Chris Bjørsvik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jadymy Durś's Bartlomiej Gondela quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ingvar Nordanger, made in the 61st minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Edgar Piszczor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Hansen. In the 69th minute, AEK FC's Sturle Ottersen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgar Piszczor. Edgar Piszczor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Ole Lorentzen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Komanski in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jadymy Durś's Wiktor Fronczak got a free kick in the 75th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Jadymy Durś:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AEK FC:s goal. In the 80th match minute, AEK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ask Trana to maneuver through the defense. Åge Undheim hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Edgar Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Hansen in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Jadymy Durś got a freekick which was hit by Bartlomiej Gondela. Ole Lorentzen came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Jadymy Durś's Wiktor Fronczak. But to his dismay, Wiktor Fronczak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Åge Undheim in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Piszczor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bartlomiej Gondela charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartlomiej Gondela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bartlomiej Gondela hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Asgeir Lam took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 100th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Piszczor. Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match was over AEK FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jadymy Durś throughout the match.
