After 7 minutes of play, Galaxy Team U18's Kazimierz Lichucki made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flávio Batista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Itajaí Football Club's Flávio Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Malewicki in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Galaxy Team U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Ochabski to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Galaxy Team U18's Lucjan Gierlach got control of the ball when Anselmo Madureira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Malewicki scored 1-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Anselmo Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Lucjan Gierlach was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Galaxy Team U18's goalkeeper Lucjan Gierlach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benê Lima. In the 28th match minute, Galaxy Team U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fryderyk Wolicki to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Galaxy Team U18 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Robert Przybyciel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Galaxy Team U18's Wasyl Dubiel got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Galaxy Team U18's Lucjan Gierlach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Galaxy Team U18 from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Wasyl Dubiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match, Benê Lima got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucjan Gierlach was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 38 played minutes Galaxy Team U18 got a freekick which was hit by Damian Malewicki. In the 42nd minute Damian Malewicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Malewicki was the one to do the kick off. Flávio Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Malewicki in the 65th minute of the match. Flávio Batista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kazimierz Lichucki in the 78th minute. Flávio Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Lichucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper Flávio Batista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kazimierz Lichucki.
