Team Rocco's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Björkman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Dantas came free, but Mattias Löfkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. César Torres was the one to do the kick off. After 88 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Michael Böcklund. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Ola Glad got a free kick in the 92nd minute. César Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Mattias Löfkvist made a huge save.
