After some careless play in the Catugi FC defense, Ragnar Fribäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luizão Braga. The Catugi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luizão Braga should have stopped the shot. Daniel Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Vibjörnsson came free, but Luizão Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Hellkvist's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Hellkvist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Olov Hellkvist hit a great ball. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Luizão Braga got control of the ball when Ragnar Fribäck tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Olov Hellkvist was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. Olov Hellkvist hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Luizão Braga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rolf Vibjörnsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Luizão Braga was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Rolf Vibjörnsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rolf Vibjörnsson really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Dida Batista hit a great ball. Rolf Vibjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute, Rolf Vibjörnsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luizão Braga was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Luizão Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Vibjörnsson in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Kurt Brummer's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 55th minute Rolf Vibjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ragnar Fribäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luizão Braga was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Frederico Bertassi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Iuri Viana got a free kick in the 60th minute. JKs Talanger's Kurt Brummer got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Kurt Brummer off the ground. A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Kurt Brummer hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Frederico Bertassi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matthias Fransson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Rolf Vibjörnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizão Braga. Catugi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolf Vibjörnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Glauco de Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glauco de Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Glauco de Amorim hit a great ball. Luizão Braga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolf Vibjörnsson went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Luizão Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Lägdin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luizão Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Vibjörnsson in the 89th minute of the match. JKs Talanger's Matthias Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save JKs Talanger from getting a goal against them. There was no doubt that JKs Talanger were the better team. JKs Talanger's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
