Mathias-Alexander De Block was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathias-Alexander De Block was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Jay Mullen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jay Mullen really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Mathias-Alexander De Block stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dane Oldham's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Dane Oldham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mathias-Alexander De Block was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mathias-Alexander De Block took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Oldham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jay Mullen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Dane Oldham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias-Alexander De Block had great luck who in the 28thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dane Oldham from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jay Mullen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Dave Linkletter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Bruly defense, Jay Mullen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathias-Alexander De Block. The Bruly fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathias-Alexander De Block should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marten Van Halssbeeck was the one to do the kick off. Mathias-Alexander De Block showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jay Mullen in the 57th minute of the match. When Egg Chasers FC's Rex Aldridge in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bruly's goalie prevented a goal. Egg Chasers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rex Aldridge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Jay Mullen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias-Alexander De Block was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. When Egg Chasers FC's Dane Oldham in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bruly's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Bruly's Geoffrey Van Beetz got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 minutes, Antonio De Geest mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bruly and the Egg Chasers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 74 minutes into the game, one of Bruly:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Egg Chasers FC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Selby, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bruly's Mathias-Alexander De Block. 8-0. Mathias-Alexander De Block stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dane Oldham's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dane Oldham in the 80th minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Mathias-Alexander De Block to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias-Alexander De Block made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dane Oldham in the 81st minute of play. Bruly's Mathias-Alexander De Block played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jay Mullen in the 88th minute of play.
