In the 3rd minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Galo Mineiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Göran Lidman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gil Coelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 18 minutes into the game, Lukas Bjursell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xentrias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcellos Mineiro FC the free kick. A collision led to Xentrias getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lukas Bjursell hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Galo Mineiro took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Stig Busk to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Galo Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Galo Mineiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig Busk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Stig Busk managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Barcellos Mineiro FC's Teodoro Neto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stig Busk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Neto in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Xentrias's Stig Busk got control of the ball when Teodoro Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Christoffer Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galo Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Stig Busk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Lidman in the 57th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Gil Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Busk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Montenegro in the 59th minute of the match. Barcellos Mineiro FC:s Gil Coelho showed great skill when he stopped Christoffer Öberg:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Xentrias's Ian Engström got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Christoffer Öberg fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xentrias's protests and gave Christoffer Öberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Xentrias getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Christoffer Öberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Xentrias booed when Barcellos Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Percy Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcellos Mineiro FC's protests and gave Percy Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Percy Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Lidman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Christoffer Öberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. Xentrias's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
