But to his dismay, Geovani Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Twierdza Wroclaw booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Mazza. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Wroclaw's Kryspin Cytrynski got a free kick in the 17th minute. When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Germano Domingues got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kajetan Turak. If Germano Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Zajonc kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Kajetan Turak was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zeca Garcia. In the 40th minute, Tytus Zieba made a precise shot to the right of José Paulo Xavier. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joélson Donatello made the kick off in the second half. Zeca Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ryszard Zabrzeski charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryszard Zabrzeski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Twierdza Wroclaw's Damian Zajonc dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Zajonc during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tytus Zieba got free with José Paulo Xavier in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute Falcão Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Turak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
