Gualter Britto came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Baldomiro Gamus. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Gamus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Ciro Ribeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Candido Millan. Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Ribeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Pedro Maraman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of BOI BRABO FC's Gualter Britto. Gualter Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ciro Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Maraman took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualter Britto. Gualter Britto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Maraman in the 27th minute of play forced BOI BRABO FC's goalkeeper Gualter Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Gamus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Gualter Britto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BOI BRABO FC's Bruninho Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nildo Loureiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Candido Millan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Candido Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Candido Millan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Mariano Urtungo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Bruninho Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Anselmo Domingues hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Maraman made a kick off. Candido Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Tinoco in the 51st minute of play. One of Palermo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BOI BRABO FC:s goal. Candido Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Candido Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Tinoco in the 76th minute of play. Candido Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo Loureiro in the 78th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruninho Tinoco in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Millan saved Palermo from getting behind. Nildo Loureiro took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Candido Millan. Candido Millan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Palermo's Candido Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruninho Tinoco in the 88th minute of play. Candido Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Tinoco in the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Ribeiro in the 97th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Candido Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Palermo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
