San Lorenzo's Amadeo Tabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Garci in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute Fermin Ponc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Ponc in the 9th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fermin Ponc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodosio Abeita. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. A collision led to Ruquense FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tiburcio Salvadore hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fermin Ponc in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Abeita saved Ruquense FC from getting behind. Amadeo Tabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Clodio was the one to do the kick off.
