Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jarrett Poirier started the match with the kick off. Heriberto Walton came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by PLUMIN's Flavio Emeterio. But to his dismay, Flavio Emeterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, PLUMIN's Jorge Cristofol got a free kick in the 9th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Urritz during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, PLUMIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Urritz to maneuver through the defense. When Quincy Minor came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Vancouver Reds fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quincy Minor couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute, Vancouver Reds's Thanh Dodd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leonides Matteo. Leonides Matteo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Cristofol in the 25th minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Heriberto Walton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy Minor in the 30th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Jorge Cristofol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PLUMIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Froilan Urtungo got in the 54th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Heriberto Walton handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 56 minutes, Quincy Minor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vancouver Reds and the PLUMIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Quincy Minor got a free kick in the 56th minute. Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Vancouver Reds from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Thanh Dodd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Urtungo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Heriberto Walton made a huge save. After 70 minutes, Flavio Emeterio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PLUMIN and the Vancouver Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Jorge Cristofol rounded Vancouver Reds's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. Vancouver Reds's attentive Maynard Pike managed to snatch the ball when Celedonio Urritz made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as PLUMIN's Flavio Emeterio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Heriberto Walton. That made the score 1-6 after 91 minutes of play. PLUMIN's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
