Mehmet Anıl Yaygır showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Pueblo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Pueblo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Süleyman Taşkınay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sergio Nazario firmly grabbed it by the left post. Okanay Zabit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Nazario having to make a save. BAŞBUĞ's Süleyman Taşkınay got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waitakere F.C.'s Sergio Nazario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Waitakere F.C. from getting a goal against them. 11 minutes into the game, Braulio Chorche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waitakere F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAŞBUĞ the free kick. A collision led to Waitakere F.C. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Braulio Chorche hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Silvano Martxel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Waitakere F.C.'s Leonardo Tiadoro got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute of the match, Okanay Zabit tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sergio Nazario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Pueblo in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 32nd minute of the game Bedih Suerdem made a throw-in which Okanay Zabit played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andy Ćuti during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Waitakere F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Ćuti to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Bektaş Ali Tarhun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BAŞBUĞ's Mehmet Anıl Yaygır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Pueblo in the 37th minute of play. Nicanor Pueblo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Anıl Yaygır. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.

The wind increased when Silvano Martxel made the kick off in the second half. When Nicanor Pueblo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Waitakere F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Pueblo couldn't finish the play. Sergio Nazario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökalp Koca in the 57th minute of the match. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Pueblo in the 58th minute of play. Silvano Martxel struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Mehmet Anıl Yaygır didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waitakere F.C.. Waitakere F.C. made a substitution. Tomas Unai replaced Arnoldo Oliviero. Sergio Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökalp Koca in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Mehmet Baler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Waitakere F.C. getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Niceto Bizen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Okanay Zabit in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Nazario saved Waitakere F.C. from getting behind. After 86 minutes Waitakere F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Süleyman Taşkınay who took care of the corner kick. Süleyman Taşkınay made a great header on BAŞBUĞ's corner, it was just that Waitakere F.C.'s Sergio Nazario managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88th minute Süleyman Taşkınay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Nazario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, one of BAŞBUĞ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BAŞBUĞ. BAŞBUĞ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Silvano Martxel 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Waitakere F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
