TAQUARI FC's Sílvio Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Feliz in the 9th minute of play. Casimiro Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, TAQUARI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Israel Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.del.U FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Abeitia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Felipe Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Casimiro Vermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casimiro Vermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Queiroz came free, but Casimiro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When David Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the TAQUARI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Freitas couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Arósio in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Freitas came free, but Casimiro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Casimiro Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bruninho Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 42 minutes on the clock, Tomas Ferran commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After having played for 44 minutes, Felipe Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAQUARI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Munhoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when David Freitas made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Freitas during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes TAQUARI FC got a freekick which was hit by David Freitas. Casimiro Vermudo was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and David Freitas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. David Freitas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Casimiro Vermudo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Edgard Arósio sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Queiroz got free with Casimiro Vermudo in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casimiro Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Freitas in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, TAQUARI FC's Felipe Queiroz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. C.del.U FC's attentive Israel Abeitia managed to snatch the ball when Felipe Munhoz made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. Emanuel Beliran's late challenge caught a TAQUARI FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Beliran helped the player get up and apologised. Emanuel Beliran kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Casimiro Vermudo was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Felipe Queiroz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felipe Queiroz really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. Sílvio Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Feliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of C.del.U FC booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Vermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Queiroz. The C.del.U FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TAQUARI FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
