But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Mel couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, Franco Colapinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Bastia. Leones FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Colapinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mauro Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niguel Mansell, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Mauro Bastia came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Timo!'s Niguel Mansell. But to his dismay, Niguel Mansell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some careless play in the Leones FC defense, Niguel Mansell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Bastia. The Leones FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Bastia should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Warner Timo came free, but Mauro Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Mauro Bastia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Colapinto. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Timo! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Micael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leones FC's Mauro Bastia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Mel in the 35th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Mauro Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Micael's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Mauro Bastia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 38th minute, Timo!'s Niguel Mansell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauro Bastia. Mauro Bastia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Mauro Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Micael in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Leones FC's Mauro Bastia got control of the ball when Franco Colapinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leones FC's Mauro Bastia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Warner Timo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mauro Bastia. That made the score 6-0 in the 47 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niguel Mansell to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Niguel Mansell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Timo!'s Franco Colapinto made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Bastia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 85 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Dantel came free, but Mauro Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Niguel Mansell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niguel Mansell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the game, Timo!'s Warner Timo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Bastia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Timo!'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
