Guaberto Santikurtz made in the 4th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carmelo Cordarryl however managed to control. Jose Quirze's late challenge caught a Leones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Quirze helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Quirze hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Filomeno Manni made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Carmelo Cordarryl sent off a good shot on target. Leones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Anibal Sotil scored to the left of an out of position Filomeno Manni, making the score, 1-0. Anibal Sotil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Filomeno Manni firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pascual Lizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Padro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Santikurtz kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Filomeno Manni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Cordarryl. If Vladimiro Michael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Poz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Filomeno Manni came out and tried to block the shot, but Melquiades Poz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. Filomeno Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Indar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Joel Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Jacobo Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Nuno was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Carmelo Cordarryl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filomeno Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Sotil in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Inguma to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Lizar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. BloodHounds F.C.'s Pascual Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Cresencio in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Cristo Madeo got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, BloodHounds F.C.'s Carmelo Cordarryl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filomeno Manni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. BloodHounds F.C.'s Pascual Lizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save BloodHounds F.C. from getting a goal against them. Melquiades Poz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. BloodHounds F.C.'s Pascual Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Michael in the 81st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Clodoveo Sotero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filomeno Manni was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. BloodHounds F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
