In the 21st minute Gil do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Paulo Mattos took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moisés Arce. Moisés Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Fml Cobiçados HD's Beto Madureira got control of the ball when Anderson Loyola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulisses Tasso made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Maurinho Valadares. Beto Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micah Salems in the 36th minute of play forced Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Moisés Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Fml Cobiçados HD's Gil do Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moisés Arce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 47th minute Gil do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Micah Salems had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anderson Loyola was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when Fml Cobiçados HD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fml Cobiçados HD eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
