That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. The supporters of Holfenhein booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Muhammet Cakir shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zacarias Ulizes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Frantzes got free with Ulrich Haas in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Holfenhein's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Perpinya came free, but Ulrich Haas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Gamberro's corner Ovidio Abaurre fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ulrich Haas quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rissi Risch during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Holfenhein got a freekick which was hit by Rissi Risch. After 26 minutes, Eloy Ezkerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Gamberro and the Holfenhein players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Deportivo Gamberro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. Holfenhein's Ulrich Haas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Holfenhein from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Holfenhein's Ulrich Haas got control of the ball when Igor Havier tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Holfenhein's goalkeeper Ulrich Haas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Havier. After a rather tough play, Holfenhein's Fabian Maierhans got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Rissi Risch got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ovidio Abaurre shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Ulrich Haas was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 40th minute, Deportivo Gamberro's Igor Havier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With an all-out effort, Deportivo Gamberro's Ulrich Haas threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Niceto Perpinya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Büchel made a kick off. Ulrich Haas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Abaurre in the 52nd minute of the match. José Büchel hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Deportivo Gamberro got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Frantzes. In the 61st minute of the match Muhammet Cakir shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zacarias Ulizes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Holfenhein defense, Diego Eneko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulrich Haas. The Holfenhein fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulrich Haas should have stopped the shot. Diego Eneko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niceto Perpinya took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulrich Haas. Ulrich Haas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Sebastian Hermon charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Hermon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Gamberro's Sebastian Hermon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Hörmann in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Ulizes saved Deportivo Gamberro from getting behind. In the 79th minute Igor Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulrich Haas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holfenhein's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niceto Perpinya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Ulrich Haas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Eneko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes of play, Deportivo Gamberro's Diego Eneko made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulrich Haas was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Gamberro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
