Danish Henderson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Braulio Berasko made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Oakham's corner Asiz Koh fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Braulio Berasko quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Oakham booed when C. A. Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Oakham's Iskandar Chian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braulio Berasko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Iskandar Laycock notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of C. A. Atlanta's Braulio Berasko. Braulio Berasko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Braulio Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskandar Laycock in the 40th minute of the match. C. A. Atlanta's Braulio Berasko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Atlanta from getting a goal against them. Braulio Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskandar Laycock in the 44th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes C. A. Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Primeiro. 47 minutes into the game, Pascual Daunte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oakham the free kick. Pascual Daunte hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Flores made a kick off. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Samuel Chan hit a great ball. Federico Martxelin struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Daniel Seah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Atlanta. With a little luck, Oakham's Daniel Seah got control of the ball when Arturo Flores tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Iskandar Laycock came free, but Braulio Berasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braulio Berasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iskandar Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Oakham's Ang Seng got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Daniel Seah made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Arturo Flores sent off a good shot on target. With 74 minutes on the clock, Nicasio Primeiro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Braulio Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asiz Koh in the 76th minute of the match. Braulio Berasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iskandar Chian in the 78th minute of play. If Merlin Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ang Seng made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C. A. Atlanta's Emiliano Hernandez. After 96 played minutes C. A. Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Hernandez. There was no doubt that Oakham were the better team. Oakham's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
