In the 8th minute, Olof Löfkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo-Erik Springfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Springfält to maneuver through the defense. Domingo Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Roy Bennet fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cayetano Esdras, passed just outside the right post. In the 24th minute Roy Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Protegéerna's Olof Löfkvist got a free kick in the 25th minute. Georg Vallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Gomesano in the 26th minute of the match. Roy Bennet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Esdras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Cayetano Esdras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Protegéerna's attentive Rikard Lindgren managed to snatch the ball when Domingo Madeo made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. With his leg Cayetano Esdras managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Protegéerna's Roy Bennet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bo-Erik Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot. Protegéerna's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo-Erik Springfält was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Esdras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Protegéerna's Bo-Erik Springfält slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cayetano Esdras. That made the score 1-0 after 46 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeo Gomesano made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Roy Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Corderun. De Boedo Vengo's Cayetano Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Bennet in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Roy Bennet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cayetano Esdras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roy Bennet scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Esdras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 minutes of play, Protegéerna's Roy Bennet made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cayetano Esdras was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Bennet came free, but Cayetano Esdras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71st play minutes Roy Bennet shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Cayetano Esdras and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Bo-Erik Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Protegéerna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Springfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 minutes, Roy Bennet made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. De Boedo Vengo's Cayetano Esdras tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bo-Erik Springfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the De Boedo Vengo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Protegéerna.
