The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Diamante U18's Isidro Ignazio got a free kick in the 4th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Pudes came free, but Isidoro Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Berriotxoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anastasio Javiero took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Vitin. Isidoro Vitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd match minute, Firmat Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Seme to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Firmat Foot Ball Club's Julio Lorenz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eriberto Sindo. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. 31 minutes into the match, Deportivo Diamante U18's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Lorenz came free, but Eriberto Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Sindo made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Julio Lorenz sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th match minute, Firmat Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Seme to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Julio Clis put in a rough tackle. 36 minutes into the game, one of Firmat Foot Ball Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ulises Frutos placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 41 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Pudes came free, but Isidoro Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Ismael Iztal got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Anastasio Javiero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Vitin. Firmat Foot Ball Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Javiero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Pudes to make the kick off. Isidoro Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Javiero in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Firmat Foot Ball Club booed when Deportivo Diamante U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Santiago Piarres shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eriberto Sindo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Firmat Foot Ball Club reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Pudes in the 63rd minute of play forced Firmat Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Isidoro Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Piarres's late challenge caught a Deportivo Diamante U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Piarres helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Javiero got free with Isidoro Vitin in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vladimiro Juvenal came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isidoro Vitin could save by the left post. Rosendo Luar kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes in the game Ulises Frutos after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Isidoro Vitin. A very good opportunity. After 79 played minutes Deportivo Diamante U18 got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Chus. Roman Cresencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, German Seme notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Deportivo Diamante U18's Eriberto Sindo. Eriberto Sindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th match minute, Firmat Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Lorenz to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that German Seme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Sindo was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The supporters of Firmat Foot Ball Club booed when Deportivo Diamante U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Cibran didn't get a good kick on the ball.
