The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Trindade Atlético Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yan Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Paes in the 11th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Carolo Isidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFC FUSION's Carolo Isidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Paes in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Trindade Atlético Club's Cássio Paes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carolo Isidor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Yan Pereira took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Isidor. Carolo Isidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 41stth minute of the game Cássio Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC FUSION's Carolo Isidor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho de Barros came free, but Carolo Isidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Rico came free, but Chicão Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Trindade Atlético Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carolo Rico was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Rico in the 54th minute of play forced Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Chicão Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carolo Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Rico to maneuver through the defense. If Angelo Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Isidor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Paes went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Cássio Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Isidor having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Ederono to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Carolo Isidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Valentin Manex hit a great ball. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Iaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ricardinho de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Trindade Atlético Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardinho de Barros couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Paes in the 81st minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Carolo Isidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Carolo Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolo Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Chicão Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Rico struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Chicão Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. Chicão Oliveira came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Carolo Rico. But to his dismay, Carolo Rico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Trindade Atlético Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovani Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trindade Atlético Club played a much better game than AFC FUSION and deserved their victory. The AFC FUSION players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
