Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rainer Marthaler got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Saverio Petrigai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Palermo's Arnoldo Medina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robustiano Calvet. Robustiano Calvet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, CA Juventud Unida's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Medina came free, but Robustiano Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Rainer Marthaler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th minute Arnoldo Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Juventud Unida's Robustiano Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Mino in the 14th minute of play. If Santiago Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Calvet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldo Medina's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The supporters of Palermo booed when CA Juventud Unida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Argider didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, CA Juventud Unida's Robustiano Calvet got control of the ball when Anthony Bonelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Rainer Marthaler came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rainer Marthaler in the 24th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Petrigai came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Saverio Petrigai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Joey was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Robustiano Calvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Medina in the 32nd minute of play. When Palermo's Arnoldo Medina in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CA Juventud Unida's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 33 in the game by Santiago Mino from a close distance when the talented Robustiano Calvet managed to make a qualified save. CA Juventud Unida's players were relieved. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Iyan came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Iyan in the 37th minute of play. Alfredo Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 41st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Mino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robustiano Calvet. That made the score 2-2 in the 46 minute of play.

When Saverio Petrigai came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the CA Juventud Unida fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Petrigai couldn't finish the play. In the 52nd minute Braulio Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Bonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Palermo were awarded a corner. Anthony Bonelli went to the cornerflag to take it. Palermo's Anthony Bonelli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Robustiano Calvet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Robustiano Calvet came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Maximino Gonzalez. But to his dismay, Maximino Gonzalez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After 63 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Arkadiusz Glowacki. In the 67th match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Medina to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Gonzalez to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Santiago Mino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robustiano Calvet. CA Juventud Unida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Mino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainer Marthaler, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rainer Marthaler got free with Alfredo Joey in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robustiano Calvet came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Santiago Mino. But to his dismay, Santiago Mino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. CA Juventud Unida made a substitution. Ricardo Gelacio replaced Braulio Iyan. Palermo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
