The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Gilg came free, but Quilino Colillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quilino Colillas was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Augusto Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quilino Colillas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis de Salles got free with Chico Donato in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quilino Colillas came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by DIPLOMATA FC PAB's José Augusto Lara. But to his dismay, José Augusto Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Olivier Gilg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quilino Colillas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Quilino Colillas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Lopes in the 35th minute of the match. Quilino Colillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olivier Gilg in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quilino Colillas saved Quebra Ossos FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Quebra Ossos FC's zone, José Augusto Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quilino Colillas came out of the goal and José Augusto Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute of the match Joaquín Guzmán shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quilino Colillas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roberto Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quilino Colillas having to interfere. The audience was convinced that José Augusto Lara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quilino Colillas was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Augusto Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Eliézer Dracena got a free kick in the 64th minute. José Augusto Lara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Quilino Colillas. Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quilino Colillas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Augusto Lara was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Niculae Martinescu was substituted for Olivier Gilg. If Délio Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Délio Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's supporters rose to their feet, but Délio Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quilino Colillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Quilino Colillas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. José Augusto Lara took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quilino Colillas. Quilino Colillas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 86 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luís Matorin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Chico Donato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 93 in the game by José Augusto Lara from a close distance when the talented Quilino Colillas managed to make a qualified save. Quebra Ossos FC's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded DIPLOMATA FC PAB left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quebra Ossos FC.
