Juan-Ramón Verón's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Markus Fågel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Juan-Ramón Verón ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Markus Fågel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th minute, Isak Stålman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Juan-Ramón Verón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Markus Fågel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Henry Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Jonasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Polly Magoo Juniors's zone, Alexander Bottone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markus Fågel came out of the goal and Alexander Bottone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan-Ramón Verón in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roy Johnsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Polly Magoo Juniors protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roy Johnsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Juan-Ramón Verón shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 45 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Eric Bertaux. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Ramón Verón to make the kick off. If Juan-Ramón Verón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Markus Fågel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juan Ignacio Circelli. The supporters of Berserkers FC Ψ booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Telin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berserkers FC Ψ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan Ignacio Circelli in the 86th minute. After taking down the ball on Berserkers FC Ψ's corner Juan Ignacio Circelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Markus Fågel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 90th minute, Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan Ignacio Circelli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Markus Fågel. Markus Fågel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6.
