In the 8th minute, Celso Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lyle Coppack was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Adrián-Daniel Dobre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Zhuo Yan Chao made a huge save. 15 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Guimarães lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Zhuo Yan Chao. In the 18th match minute, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Sá to maneuver through the defense. Mihăiţă Stolniceanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Zhuo Yan Chao successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goalie and right to Fábio Vieira. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Zhuo Yan Chao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Zhuo Yan Chao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto de Queirós in the 37th minute of play. Zhuo Yan Chao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ediberto de Queirós in the 39th minute. Arturo Turner hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Celso Cruz struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Lyle Coppack didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely made a substitution. Carlos Mei replaced Mihăiţă Stolniceanu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Leite in the 68th minute of play forced Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goalkeeper Lyle Coppack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ediberto de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Leite came free, but Lyle Coppack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauro Leite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyle Coppack having to make a save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
