Douglas D Agostino took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Montez. Genaro Montez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Douglas D Agostino got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paşa Borlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Traian Traian in the 32nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paşa Borlu. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. When THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Douglas D Agostino in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Douglas D Agostino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Ricardo Grigore got a free kick in the 39th minute. Traian Traian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paşa Borlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After the first half THE CRYSTAL SHIP were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Douglas D Agostino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Genaro Montez made a huge save. Traian Traian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Marcu Piţurcă was substituted for Gică Hăulică. In the 65th minute of the match, Sebati Rafih got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genaro Montez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Sebati Rafih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. THE CRYSTAL SHIP made a substitution. Octav Milcoveanu replaced Ricardo Grigore. Paşa Borlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Traian in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Muncelean to maneuver through the defense. Fotbal Club Vaslui made a substitution. Matías Azevedo replaced Traian Traian. 86 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Genaro Montez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Dănilă. 88 minutes into the game, Matías Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Paşa Borlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paşa Borlu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Javier Montes. But to his dismay, Javier Montes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fotbal Club Vaslui had won after a very even match.
