Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Lichorobiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Guilherme Basso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plebeyos's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Basso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boguslaw Maurycy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chavdar Hesapchiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Guilherme Basso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plebeyos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guilherme Basso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Monzón charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Monzón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Beniamin Lichorobiec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Arsenio Cordeal made a huge save. Kåre Uter's late challenge caught a Nadzieja Speed Elblag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kåre Uter helped the player get up and apologised. Kåre Uter hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
