With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacob Albuquerque in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Campens saved Pagos FC from getting behind. Manuel Campens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, La Candela FC's Jacobo Urdin got control of the ball when Nuralp Akbal tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Bartzokas couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Christos Bartzokas made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Urdin. La Candela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After some careless play in the La Candela FC defense, Uwe Birmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Urdin. The La Candela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Urdin should have stopped the shot. Damian Servandos short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Manuel Campens to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 92 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Bartzokas came free, but Jacobo Urdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Candela FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
