After some careless play in the Noroeste Paulista defense, Arlo Arruta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Roldanillo. The Noroeste Paulista fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Roldanillo should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Arlo Arruta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Roldanillo. The corner ended in Ricki Martín almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Noroeste Paulista's Damaso Roldanillo did a great save. In the 80th minute, Arlo Arruta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquirla FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Esquirla FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernard Swartenbroekx in the 94th minute. Esquirla FC's Alfredo Bertran was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Damaso Roldanillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Noroeste Paulista supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Esquirla FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Esquirla FC.
