The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sabaneta FC were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Los Muchachos del 86's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabian Lawrence took the corner. 12 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jérémie Boix came free, but Kevin Mier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Correia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Atahan Balon made a huge save. Cássio Correia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atahan Balon came out and tried to block the shot, but Cássio Correia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. The Sabaneta FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Sabaneta FC's Rian Giggs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rian Giggs got free with Atahan Balon in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Atahan Balon managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Sabaneta FC's Rian Giggs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sabaneta FC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Los Muchachos del 86's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabian Lawrence took the corner. In the 27th match minute, Sabaneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Cempa to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Jérémie Boix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevin Mier was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Atahan Balon made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Cássio Correia sent off a good shot on target. Atahan Balon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rian Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rian Giggss short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Atahan Balon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 48 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's goal looked a bit too open when Rian Giggs came free, but Atahan Balon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Kevin Mier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jérémie Boix in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kevin Mier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atahan Balon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rian Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Luka Ljubenković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sabaneta FC's Firman Urquizu was substituted for Bonifaco Corrillos. Luka Ljubenković hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 68th match minute, Los Muchachos del 86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Ljubenković to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier got control of the ball when Jérémie Boix tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 played minutes Sabaneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Brun Bucaran. In the 74th match minute, Sabaneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brun Bucaran to maneuver through the defense. If Cristian Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavio Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Sabaneta FC's Yoel Magarinos was substituted for Stanislaw Cempa. The supporters of Sabaneta FC booed when Los Muchachos del 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmundo Bolde in the 79th minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atahan Balon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rian Giggs's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Rian Giggs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sander Tielemans in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Jacob came free, but Kevin Mier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Mier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Jacob in the 94th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Fabio Bencivenni made a precise shot to the right of Kevin Mier. Sabaneta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
