Thibaut Vandamme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Pes, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Thibaut Vandamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo Hayles in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Pes in the 9th minute of play forced Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Thibaut Vandamme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thibaut Vandamme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Pes in the 9th minute of the match. Reynaldo Stephen made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Alvaro Ramiréz sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute Club Sportivo Italiano were awarded a corner. Luisito Bikendi went to the cornerflag to take it. Alvaro Ramiréz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Ramiréz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Stephen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Reynaldo Stephen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Ramiréz's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Evelio Pes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Vandamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Alvaro Ramiréz in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Sportivo Italiano's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Alvaro Ramiréz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reynaldo Stephen, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juli Alvarez to make the kick off. Juli Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Stephen having to make a save. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juli Alvarez took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reynaldo Stephen. Reynaldo Stephen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Reynaldo Stephen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juli Alvarez's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Dieter Denys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes in the game Luisito Bikendi got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. In the 79th minute, Juli Alvarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reynaldo Stephen came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez. But to his dismay, Juli Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 86th minute Berenjenas de Punto Fijo were awarded a corner. Dieter Denys went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but James Bom advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 86th minute. Dieter Denys made a great header on Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's corner, it was just that Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen managed to reach the ball for a save.
