Erasmo Lorencio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Mateo Vedillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rosendo Flor in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mateo Vedillo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jacobo Santxol struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Mateo Vedillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivermania FC. Mateo Vedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Rosendo Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivermania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Flor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Rivermania FC booed when Spectre FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomil Rozanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Lorencio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mateo Vedillo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rivermania FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor Bazkoare in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on Rivermania FC's corner Rosendo Flor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mateo Vedillo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Jacobo Santxol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Rosendo Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivermania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Flor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Erasmo Lorencio made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Vedillo was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Spectre FC defense, Jacobo Santxol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Vedillo. The Spectre FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Vedillo should have stopped the shot. Spectre FC's Abelardo Bertiz was substituted for Armando Paredes. Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Rozanski in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Lorencio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Vedillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After taking down the ball on Rivermania FC's corner Victor Bazkoare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mateo Vedillo quite easily take care of the ball. Mateo Vedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 叶翀文, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Mateo Vedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Cuartio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rivermania FC's Victor Bazkoare was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mateo Vedillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ludomil Rozanski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Rivermania FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
