With a little luck, KoLiber's Miromir Rydzewski got control of the ball when Richard Fredriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ibrahim Nezirović in the 11th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Bullen's Miromir Rydzewski threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Fredriksson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ibrahim Nezirović in the 15th minute of play forced FC Bullen's goalkeeper Toni Schumacher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Richard Fredriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miromir Rydzewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 26th minute, KoLiber's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kurt Pååk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind KoLiber's goalkeeper Miromir Rydzewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toni Schumacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Jandryca in the 38th minute of the match. Toni Schumacher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Jandryca, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to KoLiber getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Herbert Jazwiec hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ibrahim Nezirović made a kick off. Miromir Rydzewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Richard Fredriksson went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the KoLiber defense, Richard Fredriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miromir Rydzewski. The KoLiber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miromir Rydzewski should have stopped the shot. FC Bullen made a substitution. Andy Beckman replaced Gustavo Lopes. KoLiber's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Philip Drake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Bullen fans cheered their team off the field, for while KoLiber had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
