The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Triforce Super Soccer's Jean-Pascal Croissant quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leo Crispo, made in the 4th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Filomeno De Putter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carter Rulli was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Carter Rulli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno De Putter in the 8th minute of the match. Carter Rulli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Paulo de Lima went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cristian Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cälal Elxanov in the 16th minute of the match. Cristian Salles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cälal Elxanov's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Colin Fisher got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno De Putter got free with Carter Rulli in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Napoleon Tylenda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Rulli having to interfere. Napoleon Tylenda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Juventus Telford's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luiz Paulo de Lima fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Piarres was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cälal Elxanov in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Filomeno De Putter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triforce Super Soccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno De Putter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carter Rulli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Filomeno De Putter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carter Rulli was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 66th match minute, Triforce Super Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murillo Salles to maneuver through the defense. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes Stuart Bayne shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Cristian Salles when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Napoleon Tylenda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Rulli having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Wlodzimierz Zyskowski got a free kick in the 70th minute. Carter Rulli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno De Putter in the 72nd minute of play. Luiz Paulo de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Luiz Paulo de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Triforce Super Soccer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Paulo de Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandrinho Passos charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandrinho Passos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 96th minute of play forced Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Carter Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juventus Telford's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
