Canteranos Fc's Rosario Escarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Leite in the 9th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Alberino Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altamora FC's Tiburcio Liher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altamora FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Liher, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Leite in the 15th minute of play forced Canteranos Fc's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberino Salgado in the 16th minute of play forced Altamora FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Célio Leite in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosario Escarza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Célio Leite sped through Canteranos Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rosario Escarza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Leite in the 29th minute of play forced Canteranos Fc's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Célio Leite in the 30th minute of the match. When Altamora FC's Célio Leite in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canteranos Fc's goalie prevented a goal. Tiburcio Liher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Milito went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Alberino Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Canteranos Fc's Rosario Escarza got control of the ball when Célio Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Lartaun Carrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Célio Leite to strike the kick off in the second half. Diego Milito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's Célio Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosario Escarza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Altamora FC made a substitution. Osvaldo Vasques replaced Duarte Garcia. Altamora FC's Aleix Vidal was substituted for Teófilo Estrela. Alberino Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiburcio Liher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jurgen Turpin went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 77th match minute, Altamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolf Pocobello to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Ivo Mattos in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Altamora FC's Amado Valverde. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Pankowski during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Altamora FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Maciej Pankowski hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Jurgen Turpin made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Liher. Altamora FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The Canteranos Fc supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Canteranos Fc would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
